The Chair of Strategic Management, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship at the University of Passau is offering the workshop Design Thinking and Innovation in the Winter Semester 2026/27.
This hands-on workshop gives students the opportunity to apply design thinking principles and digital business concepts in a real-world project setting. Working in agile teams, you will develop innovative business ideas for sustainable habits, create digital prototypes, and market-ready apps and present your solutions to a professional audience.
What you will gain
- Practical experience applying agile sprint methods to innovation projects
- The ability to develop and evaluate digital business models, value propositions and your own start-up
- Exposure to key technology concepts that drive digital innovation to build a market-ready app
- Skills to confidently present and defend a digital business prototype for sustainable habits in front of senior stakeholders
